Breezy day out..

We went to the park today. It was cold enough that we were the only two in the park but had so much fun being just the two of us goofing around. Sophie discovered that if she walks downhill she picks up speed so she would run down the hill, me trying to catch her and her crashing down on her face every time. She got up laughed her head off and repeat again and again... crazy wild child :) Then we went with Liz for a warm cup of coffee and stroll around the shops.

Manic Mondays

I don't like Mondays. They are long and boring and just sad to follow fabulous Sundays. This Monday was fun. We played lots, Laughed much. I love seeing Sophie play with other kids. There's the usual shyness at first followed by the walk up straight to their face, look her in the eye and say 'data ta ta??' waiting for a reply, ..... 'tssszss' ok then.. lets play. In the middle of fun toys and new discoveries they take just a second of their time to just hug. Out of the blue. Just because. Who knows? Sweet and utterly adorable. 

Thanksgiving Day

Great food. Great friends. Great fun. Lots to be thankful for.

November days

November is here and fall is going by quickly. The leaves are changing and almost gone. Fall here is beautiful.. or i think i like to call it Autumn. I did not get out enough to take advantage of these gorgeous colors. 

Sophie is growing up quickly. She has quite the character and today I realized she actually means it when she says mama and dada.. until now it was hazy. She says a lot of other stuff too but only she knows what they mean. She is my little side kick :)
